hi all,

sorry i havent been around for a while, life has been hectic !!!

My question is i have now finally recieved my court date for the repossession of my property, we moved out on the 8th december, WE DID NOT SIGN VOLUNTARY FORMS ! do we need to attend ???
we are NOT fighting for it

No, there is no need to attend unless you really want to or unless you want to provide some information to the court regarding the case.
