I am on benefits. My husband forced me to apply for credit cards and loans and has left me to pay the repayments which i am struggling to meet each month. Should i apply for bankruptcy?

Hi,

If you are struggling to pay for these debts, then bankruptcy could be a way forward for you.

Do you own any assets, such as a house, which could be affected if you petitioned for BR?

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
