WILL EVERY ONE THAT IS DECLARED BANKRUPT HAVE AN I P O AND DOES THE OR HAVE CONTROLL OF INCOME?

You will only have an Income Payment Agreement if your disposable income is over £100 per month and you will pay across between 50 and 70% of that.

You will just need to keep the OR informed of any changes in income and expenditure.

And no the OR will not have control of your money. You sign a legal document when you go bankrupt and agree to tell the OR of any change to your circumstances with in 21 days of the change. If the OR suspects you have been with holdinginformation then hecan check into your accounts and if needs be delay discharge until it has been sorted out.
