Hi all

Please could anyone advise me on the folowing?

The OR has written to my landlord asking for information of our tenancy and for a copy of the tenancy agreement, should she send the tenancy agreement from 3 years ago or should she make a new one with the up to date rent??? The rent has gone up by £100 over the last 3 years!!

She has written a letter saying what the current rent is.

Thanks

Usually if you have a rent increase, they give you a new agreement. It'd be worth having a new one signed anyway.
