I have a calll tomorrow with the OR this will the first phone interview expected to last 30 mins or so, my question is this, what happens if I cannot remember exactly what was purchase and what was certain amounts were spent on, the OR told me she would be goung back 12 months and working up to the present, but I cannot print any archived statements because the bank account is now frozen so I have no knowledge of my expenditure, what will I do in this situation any advise is much appreciated

Regards

I had my OR phone interview with Blackpool office yesterday, I was so scared, but it was piece of cake.Only lasted 20 mins, didn't ask me about all debts because I had currently been in iva, she just asked me when I'd started using credit and when it had all started to go wrong, said it didn't matter if I could not remember dates,as rough guide was enough.Said I won't get ipa, just need to send her wageslips in August and she said she prob won't need to get in touch again,so try not to worry. In my soa I+ just wrote general expenditure if I couldn't remember what I'd bought.

Hi Grant59. Try not to worry. I could not remember loads. They understand that you are under pressure to account for things. I posted shortly after my interview and think I said about the content of the interview. It will be over before you know it. Good luck. Deep breath!
Best wishes

Keep smiling Grant59. Good on you. Well done for the interview, glad it was not too daunting for you. I am so relieved I went through with it all. I do have an IPA and still have "fiddly" things I have to do like send in monthly wage slips which will be for when I get my nil tax code. Enjoy ... in the wise words of Melanie (one of the experts) ... enjoy your new debt free life. I, too, could not have got through it all without this website. Everyone has been a godsend. Keep posting. I certainly will.
