HYcan you tell me if the council sends a bailif round for missing 3 payments can i tell them am going b/r.Also my iva faild there where telling my credits on 8 june i have not been told what has happend .And how long till my credits start ringing me

Hi,

Your IVA will fail after three missed payments and you should get a failure notice through. If you've not received anything then I would ring your IP.

Your creditors can start contacting you again at anytime. I would just tell them you are going bankrupt.

The council will have to go through certain procedures first before sending a bailiff round.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
