can my husband take on sole responsability of bankruptcy for our buisiness even though it has a buiness loan agreement with the bank in joint names?

Hi,

If only he went bankrupt, then you would be responsible for the joint business loan as you are both jointly and seperately liable and they would chase you for the whole amount.
