I am a creditor of a bankrupt who th OR wants to discharge early. I know that the bankrupt carefully planned his actions. He ran up as many debts as possible maximised as many credit cards as possible and then started work in the black market.
We saw him driving about in his nice range rover advertisng his business. We even photgraphed the vehicle and sent a picture to the OR. The OR just checked that the vehicle was not registered to the bankrupt and didn't do much more. We do not expect to get our money back but this bankrupt is just taking the rise out of the system. What should we do.

If you have evidence of bankruptcy misconduct then you should provide that to the OR. If you have evidence of illigal behaviour then you should report it to the police. If you do not have evidence then their is not much you can do
