Hi im going bankrupt on august 5th i currently work as a self employed taxi driver i have a ford mondeo which is worth 250 pounds.i am giving up taxis on 10th of august due to not making enough money i intend to apply for jobs and register with local agencys for work .My wife is currently waiting to have an operation on her bowel in manchester in nxt 18 wks we live in chester.i am worried the offical reciver will take my car and prevent me from finding work and making it akward for my wifes treatment as the hospital is over 50 miles away any advice is welcome thanks in advance Ron dutton
Hi thanks for the reply what would you rate my chances of him going for it ive never been out of work before and my wifes treatment could be life saving to prevent her bowel cancer from returning.Ive also heard the or will let a realative purchase the vehicle back its only worth 200-250 pounds as its old and been a taxi would the or really take it and jepadise my wifes treatment thans in advance R dutton
