If i declare myself bankrupt my account will obviously be frozen. I've already started to put some money asside prior to be going bankrupt. If i get my pay paid direct into my girlfriend account will they be able to touch it? How much money roughly a month will i have to pay back to my creditors after going bankrupt and for how long? I will have sroung 60k worth of debit to declare and am on around £30k a yer. Hope you can give me some advice
Hi there - from what I understand it's your BR so they won't want to see her account in the future. When calculating any surplus income from your household they will look at what she contributes (if any) to the monthly household income. The OR may want to see your bank statements for the last twelve months
