I decleared myself bankrupt years ago, I got credit but back in the same mess as before - can you declear yourself bankrupt twice and if so, is it different than last time ???

welcome to the forum. As far as I know yes you can declare BR again. I know somebody who has been BR several times before.

Hi there

you can declare yourself bankrupt again but there are consequences depending upon how long ago and if the difficulty was for the same thing, i.e. a business failing, a relationship ending etc

pls give more details of the current and previous situation
