I wasnt asked for any utility receipts/proof. My OR queried my high electric and gas payments but I explained that they were actual,agreed direct debit amounts and not just my estimates. She accepted these high amounts as they were based on actual bills,surpisingly she took my word for it and did not ask me to send the receipts /proof . I had these fortunatly,so I would advise keeping everything and anything until you have completed the OR inteviews. I was terrible,in general for not keeping all the paperwork but Or 's are pretty understanding

If the OR considers the amount you are claiming for gas/water/electric to be excessive then they will ask you for the bills otherwise they won't bother. |

I had to send all my bills in for gas, water, electric, council tax and receipts for pet food, petrol but this was because we were contesting an IPA |

thank u all,my bills are just right because i am sharing with others so its not high.our bill here are missing.so i am just calculating it to what i pay monthly.
