Hi

We filled in IPQO forms back in may and were told we should get ED by early August, we are as far as I am aware still BR.
Today we have recieved a letter from OR to say he is applying to the Secretry of State for Business and Regulatory Reform for his release as Trustee??

I dont quite understand what this means, will we still get Ed and if so could it be imminent?? Or is it still a waiting game.
We have been told to date we will mot get IPA.

Any explanation greatly appreciated.

Thanks Michelle

This means that they are applying for ED for you so you should be discharged shortly.

Keeping checking the register (http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/) as you don't always receive notification from the OR.

Once you are discharged print off a copy from the register in case you need proof for future creditors/bank accounts, etc.
