Just wondered what happens if you move house after BR. Obviously you need to inform the OR but does the Insolvency Register get updated with the new address and do you need to fill in new SOA for the OR?
Soon to be bankrupt. Looking forward to a new start. Baby number 2 due 3rd June 2009.
I moved while I was BR and I had to notify the OR and fill out a new I & E. My IPA payments didn't change as my salary had gone up in line with my expenditure.
The insolvency register was updated to show my new address.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
