me and my partner are both declaring bancruptcy, do i therefore need to print off 2 copies of the forms and then do we apply at the same time?

You will each need to complete 1 copy of the forms. If you are petitioning at the High Court then you only need to print 1 copy each of the forms. If you are petitioning elsewhere then you will each need to print 3 copies of the forms.

You can apply to declare BR at the same time or at different times, it's really up to you.
