For any of you out there who are O2 customers, they have brought out a prepaid Visa card. There are two versions of it, depending upon how much you are likely to want to load onto it and whether you want to put cash on it or just use a debit card. There are no monthly costs.
I've just ordered one, hopefully it will be good.
The drawback is that you have to be an O2 customer.
