Hi Myself and my husband were made bankrupt on Monday. I opened a coop cashminder account a few days before going bankrupt. Will the OR check what is going in and out of this account??
I want to do a course to get a job and have to pay £295 for it and wondered would the OR query this going out of the account.
Thanks
Debbie

I wouldn't have thought so. I opened an account with barclays before going BR, and mentioned it to the OR afterwards. He said they had no interest in it. you never put it on your statement of affairs did you? I never added my new account. As for money coming out of your account, i wouldn't worry. I paid £104 to get my washing machine fixed!!

Don't worry, the OR won't be monitoring your account. I think they can ask you for statements if they want, but they won't be interested in your day to day spending.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
