Hi.Please could you put my mind at rest.
1. If after I have been discharged from BR and I am left any money in a will, will the OR have any claim to it.
2. Also if I am discharged but am still paying an IPA can the OR have any claim on it also.

1, after discharge you can win the lottery and the OR can't touch it 2 IPAs are for income, gifts do not come into it as far as i know, inheritance would not be classed as income.

| If the person died before you were discharged but the estate was sorted out after the OR would have a claim on it. |

If no IPA is in place at the time of discharge you won't get one x
