im in the same posistion, it just means OR has finished his investigations into your affairs. it can sometimes mean Early discharge but not always. you must still notify RTLU of any changes in finances.
thanks im still trying to buy bank interest do i deal with rtlu for tthis or is the or still involved.also does this mean i shouldnt get a bro/u as well

any contact should now be to RTLU as OR will no longer have your file etc and it is less likely u will get a bro/u as the investigation into ur affairs is complete though obviously this cant be guaranteed. dunno bout u but im not that worried bout ED, just want to 'do my time' after learning a very hard lesson in life.
hi yes it dont matter to me about early discharge.most of my debts were business debts that i guaranteed thinking everything was rosy but then credit crunch and that was it .just want my house sorted really then i will be happier

hi mitsu, was it a limited company. if it was then you have nothing to worry about from the OR as there remit is only to investigate personal matters not Limited company matters, That is down to the liquidator of the company in the first instance
