OK this is difficult. Debts probably totalling 350K, maybe more with interest and charges etc. secured and unsecured in both mine and my wife's name. CCJ's registered against us. Interest only mortgage and 2nd secured loan on property. Others too numerous to list here. Also my wife is foreign national needing to apply for ILR next year in July. Earnings only around 15K per annum now combined. Any help out
