Hi everybody on the SOA form for present income I am unsure what to put! I am medically retired and I am in receipt of my employers pension. Is that the figure I put in to the average monthly take home pay or not?

and WISE too late!

You need to put any income you have so your pension and any other benefits you have will need to be included.

But where do I put it? is it in the average take home pay box or somewhere else?

Yes, the total income goes in section 6.3.
