my creditor is trying to make me bankrupt, i understand that they will pay the fees ? Q - will these fees be forwarded onto myself?

no they wont, what sort of creditor is it, many threaten but dont actually go through with it

Hi
If they do go through with the petition then they do a creditors petition to Bankruptcy and send the forms to the court, you are then invited to the hearing for the order which you do or dont need to attned then its upto the OR to contact you

Its abit of a clinical way around the bankruptcy and you can feel left out rather than you attending and petitioning the BR Yourself, however you dont pay the fees The creditor or creditors pay for it
