hi all, please can anyone tell me whether utilities ca be included in soa, these are the current suppliers but there are debts incured with them, can overpayment from tax credits be included and council tax arears ?

Yes to all of them

But with a but

Utilities - yes, but they may choose to put you on a meter for future use, or in extreme circumstances to not supply you at all.

Council tax - Yes, but if they have a liability order there is a small chance that baliffs could still be instructed (you dont have to let them in)

Tax Credits - Yes if they have formally asked for repayment, but they can still deduct from future payments to yu until you are discharged
