My husband and I went bankrupt in Janurary this year and were both discharged in June :)
Last week we received an invoice from our ex-landlord demanding monies for unpaid rent and damages from a flat we moved out of before going bankrupt.
Where do we stand with this invoice and what do we need to do with it? We didn't declare this 'debt' to our OR at the time as we didn't know it existed.
