Meeting with Insolvency Practitioner, now more confused! Had meeting today but am left wondering what to do. I had completed Income expenditure forms, and told him if sequestrated would have approx £76 per month left over if I take the job I have been offered. He told me that they would be looking for £125 at least! and since my husband would be also getting sequestrated it would be £250 per month! WHAT! There is no way that we could afford that! Is that even legal???? So would definately mean I would not be able to take the job offered!
