How to get the bankruptcy annulled or overturned if circumstances have changed?

Hi Jane,

You would need to speak to the OR and get a figure that you would need to pay to clear all the debts plus OR fees etc in one lump sum. It can be a lot more than your original debt.

What has changed? If it's just that you can afford to repay your debts monthly, then you won't be able to annul your bankruptcy. Can you post a few details please.

Hi Jane and welcome to the forum.

As Viki says, if you could give us a few more details we can supply more advice.

If you are earning more and have an IPA in place it just means that your payments will go up.
