just wanted to tell you all that i found a really decent letting agent today that gave me a fair chance and didnt look at me as if i was scum of the earth for going BR she in turn has found me the perfect landlord, who accepts that we are a family, and families often come with pets !!! ( dogs )i have found our perfect new home to rent now after really believing that i was maybe gonna have to let my dogs go
so just wanted to post this to let anyone else out there having problems of a similar nature that there IS hope !!!

Great News, waiting on a phone call from the landlords as we speak as to whether they will let privately, as agents want 6 months up front, they arent interested in a guarantor.
Glad you got sorted quickly we have been looking for what seems like forever, but hopefully this current one will turn out ok.
