just come back from court it took half an hour to put my papers in, see the judge, then a quick call to the OR. please if your due to go through this soon dont worry the judge was nice and understanding he told me that now o the BR was stamped and signed i could relax and the phone calls i was undoubtedly getting would stop.i couldent speak dry mouth tears pricking my eyes but he realy was nice. i keep waiting for someone to jump out and shout fooled you!!!your debts are not sorted and you will have to live like this for the rest of your life.i know that i now have the "biggy" to go through and i have been told that the OR interview can be unpleasent but hey ! ive been through hell this last six months what more can they do to me. good luck anyone due to go to court
