Why do companies charge so much to help go bankrupt, when the reason they go bankrupt is that they have no money. I want to go bankruot but cant afford the fees, talk about depression etc, argghhhh .I wish somone could help me get out of this mess. I have been made redundant twice, and now spent all savings.

Speak to your local CAB and they may be able to help. If you are on benefits you can claim the £150 court fee so only need to find the £360 OR's fee.

There are also other options such as SSAFA for ex-forces and probably more options but the CAB will have more information.
