It will be a case of no news is good news. The ORs are so busy at the moment that they will only contact you if they need information regarding your case.

If there isn't a need for an interview then your case is straightforward and the OR agrees with your I&E on the SOA. The OR will write a report on your case, including the I&E, and forward this to their Manager. If the Manager doesn't have any questions or need further information and agrees with the I&E then you won't hear anything more.

The next thing you may hear in several months is that your case has been passed to the RTLU and you may get an early discharge.

The OR has 12 months to conclude her findings (unless you are discharged early) regarding the case so they are able to contact you at any time during that period and can request an interview, a new I&E, etc.

As mentioned before, OR is that busy at the moment, they will only look into suspect cases (that was from OR himself). I went BR in Feb with over £100k, did have interview and a few follow up questions which I replied promptly...(shows co operation). Still had a few creditors getting in touch, but just give them the details, if they want to confirm its on the register. Only one I had problems with, was the mobile phone company 3, and an Indian call centre. They wanted me to write a letter.....so I give them the details and put phone down....numerous times...... They gave up before me!
