Well done to both of you, I did it 15 days ago and its such a relief, got OR interview next week to get through yet, but hopefully the worst is done. I'd been struggling in an iva for 2 years, just sorry I didn't go BR in the first place.It was having my name in local paper that stopped me,but not seen any personal bankruptcies in locals for about a year so fingers crossed won't go in.
was made bancrupt a week ago (was on iva before but fell through )... wow !!!! what a relief ... for the first time in 6 yrs since coming and working here in uk (im a nurse ) that actually i could put some money aside for saving ... befor i was paying like £900 a month for all my debt.. £560 for iva and now £100 for my ipa .. plus my neg. equity in my house will be covered ..... what a difference this decision that i made .. i think it's one that i could say a difference maker in my life ..... looking forward a new beginning and a new hope for me and my family ..
