Hi atomic,

Good news on a possible ED - probably due to the ORs being busy in all of their offices - give the ORs office a call?

Good luck, Richard

You should be contacted by MoonBeever shortly regarding the IPA and they will let you know how to pay each month. I receive my IPA letter from them within a week of signing the form the OR sent so your OR office may be busy. You can either give them a call or leave it until they get back to you. The IPA payment runs for 36 months regardless of when you start paying it.

It normally takes 8 weeks to hear back about ED so you should be hearing soon but you will need to set up your IPA before you are discharged.

Have you checked the Insolvency Register (http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir/) to see if you have already been discharged? It won't be likely if you are liable for an IPA but always worth a check.
