Hi Tatjana,

I suggest it may be helpful to speak to one of the experts that post here - you will see their contact details on the site

One of them may well respond to your post anyway - Good luck and there will be an answer for you, Richard

Hi Tatjana,

I am assuming your debts of £20k are all UK debts? If so, and you have lived in the UK within the last 3 years, then you can declare BR in the UK.

You can either employ a company such as RevivaUK, who are very highly respected, to represent you at court although they will charge a fee for this. The other option is to apply yourself at the High Court in London. You can turn up on the day (10am), pay the £522 fee and be declared BR the same day. You will need one copy of the BR forms and can return to Serbia the same day if you like.
